Native Forest Preservation

Over 90,000 hectares of Comaco Forestal‘s assets are Native Forest and Forest Protected Areas, covering a major surface that contributes to conservation, preservation of species of flora and fauna and watershed protection. Large continuous areas of native forest on the company’s properties act as biological corridors, improving the interchange and distribution of animal species.

Comaco Forestal has a large area of Managed Native Forest, which is in excellent condition to be able to help, depending on the needs of the market, to the commercial development of the Chilean Native Forest, allowing its sustainability and improvement in the long term through a FSC™-certified management.
